I think about lots of stupid things and then I feel sad and alone. How to overcome loneliness?
Too many thoughts make us anxious. Predicting the worst outcome or thinking in extremes leads to poor judgment and a normal situation also seems like a very stressful one. Try to re-evaluate your thoughts before coming to any conclusions and think from other person’s perspective before taking anything personally. Try to reshuffle your schedule. Join new classes or course like may be dance classes which will give you a chance to interact with other people. Yoga, meditation or simple deep breathing (20 deep breaths) can help with anxiety.
