Handling Emotions

I always faced mood swings in my day to day life in which I don’t want to interact with any person, not in a mood to go out; I start crying; I faced emotional imbalance?

Indulge in a hobby/passion.  Listen to music if you like listening to it. Meditate for at least 10-15 mins in a day to calm yourself.
